Please let me thank you for considering our services for your event.  The menu below offers a mixed option of foods and choices to please various palates. The plates and other menu items are just a starting point.  If you have a request by all means give us a call to discuss it. Final bills will include an 18% services fee.
All plates come with seasonal salad, rolls and sweet tea.
Sample Pricing: Plate three and dessert would equal $21 per person plus $3.78 (18% services fee) total $24.78 per person

Chicken in Browned Butter Sauce- Chicken breast pan seared in a brown butter

Herb Crusted Pork Loin with creamy gravy- Fresh herbs encrusted to pork loin and pan seared.
Steamed rice.
Wilted Garlic Spinach- spinach wilted down in garlic and olive oil
Plate Four - $11 per person
Italian Sausage and Orzo- authentic, rustic Italy.  Italian sausage browned and slow cooked with fire roasted green and orange peppers with fire roasted tomatoes, garlic, onions and special spices. Served over orzo pasta
Can be served with vegetable medley or wilted spinach.

Stuffed baked chicken breast-  Full Chicken breast stuffed with cornbread dressing

Baked ziti - creamy ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese with  tomato sauce

Shrimp Creole shrimp seasoned in Creole sauce and served over a bed of rice and fresh green beans

Shrimp Scampi – Shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic and shallots served over angel hair pasta and fresh green beans
Plate Twelve- $8 Vegetarian
Hearty White Bean soup – White beans, onions, celery, rice and special seasonings simmers low and slow
Plate Thirteen -  $12 can be made vegetarian
Spinach Pie- a twist on the classic French quiche served with prosciutto wrapped melon and fresh cucumber salad
 
Dessert Options -$4 per person
The Perfect Pear- This is a crowd favorite!  Orange, cinnamon poached pear placed on butter rich pound cake and topped with whipped cream and drizzled with orange sauce and crushed almonds.
Lemon Icebox pie – a sweet and tart lemon custard with a rich buttery graham cracker crust piled high with whip topping

Why are we different?
 
We don't do ene mene mini mo catering. You know what I mean.  The menu reads pick a meat, a starch and two veggies. We don't have the ene mene mini mo approach to your event.

What do we bring to the table?
 
I am so glad you asked. We have defined Casual Elegance and no one does it better. People say it, but we have put on a plate and in your event. We do a mix of "family style" and "plated service."  Please allow me to explain a little more.
 
Casual = Family Style
We serve rolls, butter, dessert, a pitcher of tea and water at each table. If you are ordering The House Salad, it will come pre-dressed and in a bowl at the table. Guest are able to help themselves and we find that it creates conversation. Frankly, because most people just aren't ready for what they are about to experience.  They find themselves in a wonderful venue with linen tableclothes, beautiful centerpieces and still able to enjoy a casual and relaxed dinner.
 
Elegance= Plated Dinner
 
OK, OK now we're ready to kick things up a notch or two with the plated dinner service.  Plated dinner services always comes off with a touch of elegance and wow. Let's face it when you go out you want to be pampered a bit. So, while guests are still chatting up the Casual part of the evening we will begin to serve.  Trust me this gets folks to ewing and ahhing.  It is almost like another layer of entertainment. You've got the band or the DJ, but no one was expecting this... Dinner Servics. Every plate, every meal expidited the same to every table in a rythmic movement from table 1 to 21.
 
We have found that this mix works for just about every event including weddings, birthday parties, retiremet parties and anniversaries.
 
Below you will see some of the "plated" dinner options we have put together. NO, you don't absolutely have to do the dinner as listed below, but we have taken some real time out to find a combination of foods that mix and pair well together.
 
Now this doesn't mean we won't do buffet style. Oh we DO buffets, appetizers, table side cooking and more.
